HIJI Illustration Commissions [open 4/5]

Commissions are first come first serve.

I will list down commissioners on a linked document to confirm your turn once your commission is approved by me and have placed you on a queue list.

if you need a commission done by a deadline, please inform me in the application so I can adjust a price for you for rushed work.

All commissions are subject to be streamed, posted on my socials and be used in my portfolio.

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES can you create and/or sell your commissioned piece as NFT.

Do NOT claim my work as your own. This includes posting my work online without my signature/watermark, or credit, as well as reprinting for the purpose of selling it. You will however, receive your finished piece with no watermark, but will included my signature as all my work will have. (No acceptions unless it is requested as commercial purpose which will cost double the commission price.)

if you do not wish for me to post the work I create for you on my socials, you must inform me prior to the completion of the work.

I reserve the right to refuse taking on commissions, as well as cancelling a project should you break any of the terms listed during the process.

I will only do refunds for commissions before I begin work on them. If you are unsure of the current status of your commission, please get in contact with me and I will let you know.

Commissions are subject to a MAXIMUM of 2 revisions at either sketch or rough color stage. Additional changes past those stages will result in extra charges.

I will do my best to update on your piece upon request, and will guarentee 2 checkpoints the sketch and rouch color phase.

Please have a clear idea and references of what you would like to be commissioned.

The more detail you have prepared for me, the more optimized the speed of the commission.

Unclear details can cause more revision process and will affect the total cost of the commission price.

Get in touch with me on my social media or on this page with the kind of work that you would like me to do for you. Be as specific as possible so that I can make an accurate assessment of whether or not I am able to do the work you would like me to do.

An invoice will be sent to you once I have approved your commission.

Once I have received half of the agreed upon price I will begin work on your piece.

Payments can be made via PAYPAL, and VENMO.

Once I approve the commission, I will send you a message through email regarding the first half (50%) of the full payment.

After this payment is received, then I will proceed to start the commission.

A sketch and color-rough will be sent for you to look over and ask for any revisions if needed. I will only do a maximum of three rounds of revisions, additional rounds will be subject to a fee depending on complexity.

Final high-resolution artwork will be sent to you once I receive the final half of payment.
